I recently visited Torishin, a local yakitori (grilled chicken skewer) spot in Kasama City—and let me tell you, it did not disappoint! Whether you prefer savory soy-based sauce or simple salt seasoning, every skewer was grilled to perfection.

My top recommendations? Definitely the negima (chicken and green onion), hatsu (chicken heart), and sunagimo (gizzard) skewers! They’re flavorful, juicy, and perfect for a satisfying meal during Golden Week.
